Bruce Sterling
Bruce Sterling is a Texas based science-fiction writer who is best known for his critically aclaimed novel "The Hacker Crackdown". In his own words, Sterling is a "vague aficionado" of dead media. In essence, he is a dead media necronaut.
According to him, the purpose behind a Dead Media Website is to create a "centralized compendium of knowledge about dead media." This knowledge is not to be monopolized or sold, but shared with anyone who
asks. It is our intent that his beliefs on this issue be maintained.
