The majority of my level design experience is with Unreal 2.5 and Unreal UDK. Below is a small selection of some of the work
I have completed independently. In addition you will find some of my 3ds Max environmental level design pieces.
Rapid Rush - Full Unreal 2.5 conversion mod.
The Snow Cap Canyon
Snow Cap Canyon is the introductory level of Rapid Rush. It features a wide river, which gives the player the opportunity to
get accustomed to our control scheme. It features fully simulated river physics (currents, buoyancy, waterfall drops). Light to moderate rapids, small drops, storm weather effects and some smooth chicanes utilize our core mechanics.
Simulated River Physics: Currents, buoyancy, waterfall drops.
Triggered Events: Storm weather, trees falling, large rock slides.
Power Ups: 1x Fuel Energy Boost.
Waterfalls: 2
Mc Cravets Cave
Mc Cravets Cave is the second level of Rapid Rush. It features a spooky cartoon visual style. The river currents and rapids are more intense featuring tighter twisting chicanes. Fallen stalactites create static obstacles for the player to barrel roll under. Triggered stalactites drops create moving obstacles to dodge and weave through.
Simulated River Physics: Faster river currents, buoyancy, waterfall drops.
Triggered Events: Falling Stalactites.
Power Ups: 1x Fuel Energy
Waterfalls: 3
Welcome to the Jungle
Welcome to the jungle is the final level of Rapid Rush. It is a culmination of fast down hill rapids and epic triggered events. The river currents and rapids are much more intense. Large boulders create dangerously tight chicanes to weave through. Crashing planes and explosions create the intense high of the level. The player is pursued by dangerous river sharks. It is a true test of all the core mechanics of dodge and weave, speed boosts, barrel rolls and huge waterfall drops.
Simulated River Physics: Downhill river rapids, buoyancy, waterfall drops.
Triggered Events: Falling Stalactites.
Power Ups: 1x Fuel Energy
Waterfalls: 4
A.I. : River Shark
Lost Port - Multiplayer Deathmatch Level

Lost Port release 1.00 beta is set in an abandoned Port. I am going for a survival
horror style map. I used low lighting mixed with some nice blues and greens. It features some underground tunnels and vents. It's set over multiple levels,
