Ahoy!!! Pirates of the Caribbean: Armada of the Damned is a 3rd person action-adventure RPG set in the world of the POTC franchise. In the game, you take control of Sterling, a new pirate captain on a quest for fame, fortune, and adventure. Choose to become either Legendary or Dreaded as you build your reputation in the world, and let your story create fantasies or nightmares for generations of pirates to come!
I was a Quest Designer on this project, finding my primary home as the first contact for the game's third act, and all related implementation for that area of the game. I was also the Loremaster, responsable for implementing and maintaining our lore system. Additionally, I created side quests relating to iconic characters from the POTC franchise, and provided extra support for all other quests (both side quests and main story) in the game.
Although my time on the project was limited due to its cancellation, I was very happy with my contributions to the project as a whole. My responsabilities gave me many opportunities to grow and evolve as a designer, and my experiences with the rest of the Pirates team will resonate throughout the rest of my career.
