HAMMER EDITOR

TEMPEST

Tempest, a group project, is a Team Fortress 2 “Payload” game type level. In this game Type BLU’s goal is to push the bomb cart to RED’s submarine and win the round. On this project I am responsible for the first section of the map as well as some Project Manager duties. Below is video briefly covering an early white box followed by a more current state. The Team’s entire production process and the most current updates can be found at http://tf2tempest.wordpress.com.

UNREAL EDITOR - LEVEL DESIGN

1st Person Platformer Challenge

This was my first unreal level that I constructed. The goal was to make an island with alternate possible player paths, three objectives, terrain, cinematics, intermediate lighting , reactive music, and scripted kismet events. Detailed is the successful player path to power up the base through a series of first person timing and platforming challenges.

UNREAL EDITOR - LEVEL & MISSION DESIGN

Single Player Base
Infiltration and Destruction

This single player experience in Unreal was constructed for the Advanced Kismet Assignment. It features a portal to space, gigantic machinery, a turret gauntlet, tanks, and a fairly over the top conclusion. Although this level features concrete mission flow my goal in creation of this level was to have a large amount of triggered events and few set pieces turned all the way up to “11”. Some of the more interesting examples of kismet use will be briefly mentioned, please free to contact me if you would like a more technical description or images of the visual script.
