- School Name
- Division (open or womens, no coed this year)
- The likely hood of you coming to the tournament
- If you require billets.

In the note section of the check, please write the event, your team name and your division (ie. CUUC - UBC - Open). If you are paying for both teams, please write it on the check (ie. CUUC - UBC - Open & Women).
Once you've sent in your tournament fees, please drop us a quick line to let us know you've done so - that way we can expect it (you never know with snail mail!) If you require an invoice from us for your school, please let us know and we will have one made for you.

You also need to get a letter from the registrar confirming each players enrollment. This must be sent to the above address along with your player fees. You can either get each player to individually get letters, or some registrars will allow you to submit a team roster list, and they will sign off on that list. This letter then needs to be submitted to the bove address.

Player Fees: CUPA requires that all CUUC participants pay their $25 membership fee for the year. If you played in CUC in Toronto this past August, your fee should be paid.
